Ventilator axial 24V DC pentru racire eficienta in echipamente industriale
Acest ventilator axial compact 70x70x25 mm functioneaza la tensiune joasa de 24V DC si este solutia ideala pentru racirea frigiderelor, aparatelor de sudura, comburilor frigorifice sau a echipamentelor electronice ce necesita disipare termica constanta. Cu un consum redus de doar 1.75W si montaj simplu prin suruburi, asigura ventilatie continua fara a afecta consumul energetic al instalatiei.

Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Ventilatorul se alimenteaza direct la sursa de 24V DC prin cele doua fire atasate: rosu la plus, negru la minus. Se monteaza pe suprafata echipamentului folosind cele 4 gauri de pe carcasa, cu suruburi M3 sau M4. Axul motoreaza paletele care genereaza flux axial de aer, tractionand sau expulzand aerul in functie de orientarea montajului. Nu necesita mentenanta, fiind echipat cu rulment lubrificat pe viata.
Intrebari frecvente
Functioneaza la 12V sau doar la 24V?
Ventilatorul este proiectat strict pentru alimentare 24V DC. Conectarea la 12V va reduce semnificativ turatie si debitul de aer, iar tensiuni mai mari pot deteriora motorul.
Pot sa-l montez in exterior sau in medii umede?
Produsul nu are protectie IP si este destinat utilizarii in interior, in spatii uscate. Pentru aplicatii in medii cu umiditate sau temperaturi extreme sunt necesare ventilatoare cu grad de protectie IP54 sau superior.
Cat de zgomotos este la functionare continua?
La turatie nominala de 3200 rpm nivelul de zgomot este moderat, specific ventilatorelor axiale de dimensiune mica, potrivit pentru echipamente industriale. Nu este recomandat pentru aplicatii rezidentiale silentioase.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
