Tub termocontractant negru 4.5mm pentru protectie profesionala cabluri electrice
Set de 10 tuburi termocontractante negre, fiecare cu lungime de 100cm, ideale pentru izolarea si protectia conexiunilor electrice in proiecte de electronica, instalatii auto sau reparatii casnice. Materialul flexibil fara halogen se contracta la 90°C, asigurand o acoperire perfecta si durabila a cablurilor.

Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Tai lungimea necesara de tub, il treci peste cablul sau conexiunea de protejat, apoi aplici caldura uniform cu un pistol termic sau foen industrial. La 90°C tubul incepe sa se contracte si se muleaza perfect pe suprafata cablului. Contractia radiala de minim 50% asigura prindere ferma, iar modificarea in lungime este maxim 5%, deci tubul nu se deformeaza excesiv. Aplicarea dureaza sub un minut per conexiune.
Intrebari frecvente
Cat de mult se micsoreaza tubul dupa incalzire?
Tubul se contracta radial cu minim 50%, adica diametrul de 4.5mm devine aproximativ 2.25mm sau mai mic, in functie de grosimea cablului pe care il acopera.
Pot folosi un foen obisnuit de par pentru contractie?
Foenul de par atinge circa 60-80°C, insuficient pentru contractie completa. Recomandam pistol termic industrial sau foen industrial care ajunge la 90-100°C.
Este sigur sa folosesc tubul in instalatii auto?
Da, materialul este flexibil si rezista la vibratii. Fiind fara halogen, nu emite substante toxice la temperatura normala de functionare a motorului.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
