Termostatul de boiler cu tija este piesa de schimb universala pentru controlul temperaturii apei in boilerele electrice. Se introduce direct in teaca rezistentei de incalzire si intrerupe circuitul automat atunci cand apa atinge temperatura setata. Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Tija din alama a termostatului se introduce in teaca rezistentei de incalzire a boilerului, unde masoara direct temperatura apei. Cand apa atinge temperatura setata prin potentiometru, contactul electric se deschide si rezistenta se opreste. Inlocuirea unui termostat defect presupune golirea partiala a boilerului, desfacerea conexiunilor electrice existente si conectarea noului termostat prin papucii inclusi — operatiune realizabila de orice persoana cu cunostinte electrice de baza.

Termostatul cu tija tip TAS este compatibil cu majoritatea boilerelor electrice de apa calda menajera de pe piata. Verificati ca dimensiunea tecii rezistentei sa permita introducerea tijei si ca tipul de conectori (papuci 6,3 mm) sa corespunda.
La ce temperatura ar trebui sa regleze termostatul pentru consum normal?
Pentru uz casnic obisnuit se recomanda o setare intre 55°C si 65°C — suficient pentru apa calda menajera si eficient din punct de vedere energetic.
Ce inseamna temperatura de siguranta de 83°C si cand intervine?
Daca termostatul principal nu reuseste sa opreasca incalzirea, protectia termica de siguranta la 83°C intrerupe circuitul pentru a preveni deteriorarea boilerului sau a instalatiei.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
