Acest termostat bimetal cu prag de declansare la 80°C asigura protectia automata impotriva supraincalzirii pentru aparate electrocasnice si echipamente industriale. Contactul se deschide automat cand temperatura atinge 80°C si se reseteaza dupa racire, prevenind deteriorarea echipamentului. Compact si fiabil, se instaleaza rapid prin fixare mecanica cu suruburi.

Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Termostatul utilizeaza o lamela bimetal care se deformeaza la cresterea temperaturii. La 80°C, lamela deschide contactul electric, intrerupand alimentarea. Dupa racire, contactul se inchide automat. Instalarea se face prin fixarea suportului metalic pe suprafata echipamentului cu suruburi, apoi conectarea celor doi poli la circuitul electric. Nu necesita cunostinte avansate de electricitate, dar se recomanda respectarea polaritatii si a capacitatii maxime de 10A.

Se poate reseta manual termostatul daca s-a declansat?
Nu este necesar. Termostatul se reseteaza automat dupa ce temperatura scade sub pragul de 80°C, restabilind conexiunea electrica.
Pot folosi termostatul pentru sisteme de incalzire cu putere mai mare de 10A?
Nu. Curentul maxim admis este 10A la 250V. Pentru puteri mai mari, termostatul se va deteriora si nu va mai asigura protectia corecta.
Cat de precisa este temperatura de declansare?
Pragul de 80°C are o toleranta de +/-5°C, conform standardelor pentru termostate bimetal. Declansarea este consistenta pe toata durata de viata a produsului.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
