Limitatorul de cursa CSA-081 cu tija flexibila din arc metalic opreste automat utilajele industriale, portile automatizate sau masinile de productie atunci cand ating pozitia setata. Arcul metalic permite actionare din orice directie, iar carcasa IP65 rezista in medii industriale solicitante. Instalare simpla prin doua orificii de prindere, compatibil cu sisteme AC si DC.

Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Limitatorul CSA-081 se activeaza atunci cand tija cu arc este impinsa de echipamentul mobil, intrerupand circuitul electric. Cand presiunea inceteaza, arcul revine automat in pozitie si contactul se restabileste. Montajul se face prin cele doua orificii de prindere pe o suprafata fixa, apoi conectezi cablurile prin racordul PG11 conform schemei electrice incluse. Forta necesara pentru declansare este maxim 800g, astfel incat mecanismul nu forteaza utilajul.

Da, gradul de protectie IP65 permite functionarea in exterior, protejat impotriva prafului si jeturilor de apa din orice directie.
Cat de precis opreste utilajul — are joc mare?
Pozitia de declansare este stabila la +-10% din cursa, adica maxim 2mm abatere, iar diferentialul de miscare este doar 1.2mm pentru retur rapid.
Se potriveste si pentru porti automate de garaj?
Absolut, este solutia ideala pentru porti casnice sau industriale, sisteme de usi sectionale si bariere automate, cu durata de viata mare.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
