Chip-ul LED SMD 3W cu lumina rosie este montat pe un radiator tip stea din aluminiu cu diametru de 20mm, conceput pentru a disipa eficient caldura si a prelungi durata de viata a diodei. Este solutia ideala pentru proiecte DIY, inlocuiri in proiectoare sau constructii personalizate de iluminat decorativ si de semnalizare. Disponibil individual sau in seturi, chipul se conecteaza direct la un driver LED compatibil.

Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Chip-ul LED este lipit direct pe PCB-ul din aluminiu tip stea, care actioneaza ca radiator primar — caldura generata de jonctiunea LED-ului se transfera rapid catre suprafata metalica. Pentru functionare, conectezi polul pozitiv si negativ (marcate pe placa) la un driver LED de 3W cu tensiune de iesire 3,2–3,6V si curent de 500–700mA. Pentru proiecte care necesita racire suplimentara, radiatorul de aluminiu poate fi lipit sau insurubat pe un heatsink mai mare folosind pasta termica.

Am nevoie de driver separat sau pot alimenta direct la 12V?
Da, ai nevoie de un driver LED dedicat — alimentarea directa la 12V sau 5V fara rezistenta sau driver va distruge chip-ul. Foloseste un driver de 3W cu iesire 3,2–3,6V / 700mA.
Radiatorul de 20mm este suficient sau trebuie heatsink suplimentar?
Pentru utilizare intermitenta sau la curenti mai mici (500mA) radiatorul integrat este suficient. La curent maxim de 700mA continuu, se recomanda fixarea pe un heatsink suplimentar cu pasta termica pentru durata de viata optima.
Poate fi folosit acest chip LED in exterior sau in conditii de umiditate?
Chip-ul nu are protectie IP certificata ca atare — pentru utilizare in exterior trebuie integrat intr-un corp de iluminat cu grad de protectie adecvat (minim IP65).

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
