Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Chip-ul LED COB se alimenteaza la 36V DC printr-un driver LED compatibil de 50W, conectat la cele doua contacte marcate in colturile placutei de aluminiu. Montarea se face obligatoriu pe un radiator adecvat, cu pasta termoconductoare aplicata intre chip si suprafata radiatorului, pentru a preveni supraincalzirea. Instalarea este accesibila oricarui electronist sau constructor de corpuri de iluminat cu cunostinte de baza in electronica LED.

Nu. Acest chip atinge temperaturi ridicate in functionare si necesita obligatoriu montare pe radiator cu pasta termoconductoare — lipsa raciririi deterioreaza chipu-ul ireversibil in scurt timp.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
