Chip-ul LED COB profesional de 40W cu diametru activ de 14,8mm ofera un flux luminos ridicat intr-o suprafata compacta, ideal pentru proiecte de iluminat ce necesita densitate mare de lumina. Tehnologia COB (Chip-on-Board) asigura o emisie uniforma, fara pete sau zone intunecate. Potrivit pentru constructia sau inlocuirea surselor de lumina din corpuri de iluminat, casete publicitare si sisteme de proiectie.

Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Chip-ul LED COB se alimenteaza la 36V DC cu un curent de 1050mA, printr-un driver LED compatibil (nu este inclus). Montajul se face pe un radiator de aluminiu folosind pasta termoconductoare — aceasta asigura transferul caldurii si prelungeste durata de viata a chip-ului. Conexiunile se realizeaza prin lipire sau cleme pe contactele marcate in colturile suportului de aluminiu, respectand polaritatea indicata.

Am nevoie de radiator separat pentru acest chip LED?
Da, chip-ul de 40W genereaza caldura semnificativa si necesita montare obligatorie pe un radiator de aluminiu cu pasta termoconductoare pentru a functiona in parametri normali si a nu se deteriora.
Ce driver LED este compatibil cu acest chip COB 40W?
Este necesar un driver LED cu iesire de 36V DC si curent constant de 1050mA (aproximativ 38-40W). Driverul nu este inclus in pachet si trebuie achizitionat separat.
Poate fi folosit acest chip LED in exterior sau in medii umede?
Nu. Chip-ul nu are protectie la umiditate si nu trebuie expus la medii umede, praf sau temperaturi extreme. Este destinat exclusiv utilizarii in interiorul corpurilor de iluminat sau carcaselor protejate.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
