Chip-ul LED COB 15W cu suport de aluminiu de 13,5mm este ales de constructorii de corpuri de iluminat si de pasionatii de electronica pentru densitatea luminoasa ridicata si eficienta energetica dovedita. Tehnologia COB reuneste multiple puncte de emisie intr-o singura pastila, oferind un flux luminos uniform de pana la 2050 de lumeni la doar 15W consumati. Potrivit pentru corpuri de iluminat, casete luminoase, reclame retroiluminate si sisteme de iluminat personalizate.

Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Chip-ul LED COB 15W se alimenteaza la 45V DC cu un curent de 300mA, deci necesita un driver LED compatibil — nu se conecteaza direct la retea. Montarea se face pe un radiator de aluminiu cu pasta termica conductoare interpusa intre chip si suprafata radiatorului, pentru a disipa eficient caldura generata la putere mare. Cele doua contacte de alimentare sunt pozitionate in colturi diagonale, marcate cu plus si minus, si se lipesc sau se conecteaza prin cleme conform polarizarii indicate.

Ce driver LED este compatibil cu acest chip de 15W?
Este necesar un driver cu iesire de 45V DC si curent constant de 300mA. Alegeti un driver LED dimensionat pentru minim 15W la aceste valori pentru functionare stabila.
Are nevoie obligatoriu de radiator sau se poate folosi fara?
Radiatorul este obligatoriu. La 15W, chip-ul genereaza caldura semnificativa care il poate deteriora in cateva minute fara disipare termica corespunzatoare. Pasta termoconductoare intre chip si radiator este de asemenea necesara.
Poate fi folosit acest chip LED in exterior sau in medii umede?
Nu este recomandat pentru expunere directa la umiditate sau caldura excesiva. Pentru aplicatii exterioare, chipul trebuie integrat intr-un corp de iluminat cu protectie IP adecvata.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
