Acest comutator cu releu termic de protectie AC-3 asigura siguranta echipamentelor cu motor electric, oprindu-le automat in caz de suprasarcina. Ideal pentru betoniere, pompe, feliatoare si alte utilaje industriale, previne arderea motorului prin deconectare rapida la curent excesiv. Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Intrerupatorul se monteaza pe panoul electric al utilajului, conectandu-se in serie cu motorul. Butonul verde porneste motorul, iar cel rosu il opreste. Releul termic monitorizeaza constant curentul: daca acesta depaseste valoarea sigura, releul decupleaza automat alimentarea, protejand motorul de supraincalzire. Instalarea necesita cunostinte de electricitate — conecteaza bornele conform schemei din manual, fixeaza cu suruburile incluse si testeaza functionarea. Nu necesita intretinere speciala dupa instalare.

La ce curent se declanseaza protectia termica?
Releul este calibrat sa deconecteze automat la 15-16A, in functie de durata suprasolicitarii, protejand motorul inainte de avarii.
Pot sa il folosesc la exterior?
Da, protectia IP55 il face rezistent la praf si stropi de apa, dar monteaza-l intr-o cutie electrica daca este expus direct la intemperii.
Trebuie sa resetez ceva dupa ce s-a declansat protectia?
Da, dupa declansare apasa butonul rosu complet pentru reset, apoi porneste din nou utilajul cu butonul verde.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
