Comutatorul DKLD-DZ6-2C este solutia profesionala pentru protejarea motoarelor electrice de suprasarcina si scurtcircuit. Folosit pe betoniere, pompe, fierastraie si alte utilaje cu motor, acest intrerupator opresте automat alimentarea cand detecteaza curent excesiv, prevenind arderea motorului. Construit pentru medii industriale exigente, cu grad de protectie IP55 impotriva prafului si apei.

Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Intrerupatorul se monteaza pe panoul de comanda al utilajului prin fixare pe suruburi in orificiile din baza. Se conecteaza conform schemei electrice la alimentarea de 220V si la bornele motorului electric. Releul termic detecteaza cresterea curentului in timpul functionarii si declanseaza automat oprirea cand valoarea depaseste pragul sigur de 15-16A, protejand astfel infasurarea motorului de supraincalzire. Butonul rosu opreste fortat alimentarea, cel verde porneste echipamentul, iar capful protector previne activarea accidentala.

Cum stiu ca releul termic a declansat?
Cand releul detecteaza suprasarcina, butonul rosu ramane blocat in pozitie de oprire si motorul se opreste complet. Dupa racirea motorului, resetezi manual butonul si poti reporni utilajul.
Este rezistent la apa si praf in atelier?
Da, gradul de protectie IP55 asigura functionare sigura in medii cu praf abundent si stropire ocazionala cu apa, specific atelierelor si santierelor.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
