Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Contactorul functioneaza ca un intreruptor electromagnetic: aplicand tensiune de comanda pe bobina (220V AC), contactele principale se inchid si permit trecerea curentului prin circuitul de forta (pana la 9A). La intreruperea tensiunii de comanda, arcurile interne deschid contactele, oprindu-se consumatorul. Instalarea se realizeaza prin fixare pe sina DIN de 35mm din tabloul electric, conectarea cablurilor de forta la bornele marcate si racordarea circuitului de comanda la bobina. Intregul proces dureaza sub 15 minute pentru un electrician calificat.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
