Acest comutator combinat rotativ cu 4 came si 8 perechi de contacte asigura comanda fiabila a echipamentelor industriale de pana la 4kW. Proiectat pentru utilaje, masini-unelte si linii de productie, opereaza la tensiuni de pana la 660V si ofera peste 1 milion de cicluri de comutare. Sistemul cu 2 pozitii distincte 1-0 permite controlul precis al alimentarii, fiind ideal pentru ateliere, fabrici si aplicatii profesionale.

Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Comutatorul functioneaza prin rotirea manerului intre pozitiile 0 si 1, unde pozitia 1 activeaza circuitul electric iar pozitia 0 il intrerupe complet. Cele 4 came controleaza simultan 8 perechi de contacte, permitand configuratii complexe de comanda. Instalarea necesita o decupare rotunda de 51mm in panoul electric, dupa care se fixeaza corpul comutatorului si se realizeaza conexiunile la bornele cu surub conform schemei electrice. Conform normelor de protectie IP42, montajul corect asigura rezistenta la praf si stropire.

Ce putere maxima pot comuta cu acest intrerupator?
Comutatorul este dimensionat pentru echipamente de maximum 4kW si 20A curent termic. Pentru motoare electrice, capacitatea difera in functie de tensiune conform standardelor AC-15 si DC-13.
Pot folosi comutatorul in exterior sau in medii umede?
Gradul de protectie IP42 post-montare il face potrivit pentru interioare si spatii industriale uscate. Nu este recomandat pentru exterior fara carcasa suplimentara de protectie.
Cat de des trebuie inlocuit la utilizare intensiva?
Cu o fiabilitate de 1.000.000 cicluri, la 100 comutatii pe zi durata de viata depaseste 27 de ani. In conditii normale de atelier, nu necesita inlocuire periodica.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
