Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Adaptorul se conecteaza direct pe portul DVI tata 24+1 al calculatorului sau placii video, iar cablul HDMI al monitorului sau televizorului se introduce in portul HDMI mama al adaptorului. Nu este necesara nicio instalare de drivere sau software — semnalul video este transmis pasiv, analog cu cel al unui cablu DVI-HDMI standard. Suruburile laterale pot fi strinse manual pentru o fixare suplimentara in portul DVI.

Transmite si semnal audio acest adaptor DVI-HDMI?
Nu. Standardul DVI nu transporta semnal audio, prin urmare adaptorul transmite exclusiv semnal video. Pentru audio este necesara o conexiune separata.
Functioneaza si invers, adica HDMI tata la DVI mama?
Nu, acest adaptor are o singura directie: DVI tata 24+1 se conecteaza la sursa, iar HDMI mama primeste cablul spre display. Pentru directia inversa este nevoie de un adaptor cu configuratie opusa.
La ce rezolutie maxima functioneaza?
Standardul DVI-D dual link (24+1) suporta rezolutii de pana la 2560x1600 pixeli, insa rezolutia efectiva depinde de capabilitatile placii video si ale monitorului conectat.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
