Adaptorul DVI 24+5 tata - VGA mama iti permite sa conectezi un calculator cu port DVI la un monitor cu intrare VGA, fara cabluri suplimentare sau drivere. Este solutia practica pentru situatiile in care ai nevoie sa folosesti un ecran mai vechi cu o placa video moderna sau sa activezi afisarea duala atunci cand placa video dispune de ambele porturi. Cum functioneaza si cum se instaleaza
Adaptorul face o conexiune pasiva intre pinii DVI analogici (prezenti in configuratia 24+5) si portul VGA de 15 pini — nu realizeaza conversie de semnal digital-analog. Din acest motiv, este necesar ca placa video sau dispozitivul sursa sa transmita semnal analogic prin portul DVI; daca portul DVI al placii video este exclusiv digital, adaptorul nu va functiona fara un convertor activ separat. Instalarea se face direct: se introduce conectorul DVI tata in portul placii video, se conecteaza monitorul VGA la celalalt capat si se strange surubul de fixare — operatiune de sub 30 de secunde, fara unelte.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
